Germ tube test reagent（ID1812）
One of the most valuable and simple tests for the rapid presumptive identification of C. albicans is the germ tube test .The test is considered presumptive because not all isolates of C.albicans will be germ tube positive and false positives may be obtained, especially with C. Tropicalis, despite well-trained staff. Also, C. dubliniensis is germ tube positive, although most isolates do not form germ tubes in a commercial synthetic germination medium. It can be used together with other test products flexibly.
Bile solubility test tube
Description: The test is used as a presumptive identification test for S. pneumonia. Sodium deoxycholate is a surface-active bile salt. It acts upon the cell wall of pneumococci, resulting in cell lysis. The test is performed with alpha-hemolytic streptococcal colonies. Oxgall is dehydrated bile that can be used, but sodium deoxycholate is preferred. It can be used together with other test products flexibly.
Bile esculin test/B-E test
The ability to hydrolyze esculin in the presence of 40% bile is tested by culturing the test organism on bile esculin agar in an ambient-atmosphere incubator at 35°C up to 48h. It can be used together with other test products flexibly.
MUG Test strip（ID1804）Identification of Escherichia coli
Description: Detection of β-glucuronidase activity is useful for the rapid identification of Escherichia coli, members of Streptococcus anginosus group, and other bacteria.
Indole test Strip
Observe within 20 seconds at room temperature, and the blue one is positive. It is commonly used for the identification of Enterobacteriaceae and other bacteria. Advertisement examination and approval No.: yyxgs (Wen) No. 2019050117
