IND test

Description: 

The indole test is used for the determination of the organism’s ability to product indole from deamination of truptophan by trytophanase. Both the Enrilich and Kovacs reagents should be stored refrigerated away from light. For the Ehrlich and then slowly add acid to the mixture. It can be used together with other test products flexibly.

Directions:

Step1 Wet the test area withIndole Buffer Solution.

Step2 Pick the bacterial colony under test from the culture media with a loop and smear on the test area. (Do not useM-H agar culture, or medium containing glucose or dyestuff)

Step3 Observe whether it becomes blue at room temperature after20s

Notice:

1.Check the product appearance before use, or else do quality control and discard

2.Only be used once

3．Store at 2-8℃，away from light

4.  Use safely.

5.  Get and store immediately.

6.  Put unspent products back to the packaging bag on request.

7.  After use, products should be discarded.
