Principles
Quantitative sampling, using various neutralizers contained in the product to neutralize the residual disinfectant on the sample to release the residual disinfectant’s inhibition of microorganisms, facilitate the cultivation and resurrection of the remaining microorganisms, and avoid missed detection. The compound neutralizing buffer contained in the liquid can neutralize various disinfectants: iodine, chlorine-containing disinfectants, peroxides, quaternary ammonium (benzabromoam), aldehydes, biguanides (chlorhexidine). Therefore, there is no need to consider the matching with types of disinfectant when using neutralizing buffer, and there is no difficulty in choosing.
